Time-blocking during this time of year will do wonders for your career.
As we head toward 2023, I’ve been hearing a lot about work-life balance in my business planning sessions. The truth is that as real estate agents, we work hard seven days a week and all year round. That’s why I wanted to send a quick message and let you know that this is a great time of the year to time-block.
Make time to take a day off, not just to meet your family and friends, but also to do what you want. Don’t feel guilty about it; after all, you need to re-energize yourself for the upcoming year.

The last couple of years have been crazy in real estate, but as we go through December, take the time for yourself, your family, and your friends. With that said, do you believe that work-life balance truly exists in the real estate industry? It does if you plan it! So take a look at 2023 and start time-blocking some activities and creating a schedule. Don’t just tell your loved ones that you’ll get together soon or you’ll give them a call, make it happen. Make 2023 your best year ever.
