What you need to know about our recently held home seller event.
Today, I’m excited to share insights from our Home Seller’s Seminar—a dynamic workshop and lunch and learn tailored for the residents of Olde Cypress in Naples, Florida.
Educating your audience is crucial for database growth. In the realm of geographic farming, it’s not just about postcards and newsletters; it’s about connecting personally, like the free lunch and learn we’re hosting today.
We expected around 12 to 15 attendees. Smaller groups are effective for discussing essential topics, such as property condition (both exterior and interior), the importance of marketing and how to price your home to get top dollar.
The most crucial aspect we covered was pricing. Undervaluing or overpricing can be detrimental. We also touched on current market trends. As a special bonus, we invited a local insurance expert to address residents’ concerns about rising insurance premiums in Florida.

We sent out invitations just a week and a half ago, but for future events, we’ll provide a more extended notice. Debriefing after the event helps us improve for the next one. Following this, we plan to do a recording of the presentation with partner, John Salkowski, and the insurance expert to recap key points and address questions. This will also be used to create a video recap for those unable to attend, extending the reach of valuable information. This event model has been proven to be successful, and we plan to continue it next month.
If you have any questions about our event or need help with your real estate goals, call or email me. I’m always happy to help.
